Shipping Policy
At MintStoria, we are committed to processing and delivering every order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Please review the timelines below, especially if your order includes a 3D Unlock Campaign item or a Custom Coin order.
🚚 Standard Order Processing
Standard in-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time includes order confirmation, quality inspection, packing, and preparation for shipment.
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
🔥 3D Unlock & Crowdfunding Orders
Some Classic Edition designs participate in a 3D Unlock Campaign.
These orders follow a different processing schedule because the final edition depends on whether the campaign reaches its production goal.
During the Campaign
Participating orders may be held until the campaign deadline shown on the product page.
The campaign progress, goal, and remaining time are displayed before purchase.
If the Goal Is Reached
Participating orders receive a FREE upgrade to the Premium 3D Edition.
Because the Premium 3D version must be prepared and produced after the campaign reaches its goal, approximately 5–10 additional business days may be required for mold preparation, production, quality inspection, and packing before shipment.
If the Goal Is Not Reached
The Classic flat-surface edition will be prepared and shipped after the campaign ends.
Normal processing will begin once the campaign deadline has passed.
Estimated 3D Unlock Timeline
A 3D Unlock order may include:

The remaining campaign waiting period

Additional Premium 3D production time if unlocked

Standard carrier shipping time after dispatch
For this reason, 3D Unlock orders may take longer than standard in-stock orders.
📦 Orders Containing Multiple Items
If an order contains both standard in-stock items and a 3D Unlock item, the full order may be held until the 3D Unlock item is ready.
In some cases, MintStoria may ship available items separately at our discretion. Separate shipments will not result in additional shipping charges to the customer.
✨ Custom Coin Orders
Custom Coins require design confirmation and production before shipment.
Production begins after the artwork, quantity, order details, and payment have been approved.
Because each custom project is different, the estimated production timeline will be provided separately during the quotation or order confirmation process.
Custom Coin production time is not included in the standard 1–3 business day processing period.
📦 Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time after the order has been shipped:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Shipping estimates begin after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, weather, local carrier delays, address issues, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
⚡ VIP Priority Processing
Customers may upgrade to VIP Priority Processing for $19.99.
VIP Priority Processing places eligible orders at the front of our standard fulfillment queue and includes:

Please note that VIP Priority Processing:

Does not shorten carrier shipping time

Does not shorten a 3D Unlock campaign deadline

VIP Priority Processing applies only to the parts of the fulfillment process that MintStoria can directly control.
🚚 Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $6.99

Free Shipping: Orders over $59
The free-shipping threshold is calculated from the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the carrier receives the package.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
🏠 Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please carefully check the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, email address, and phone number before completing checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
